After being born and raised in the Baltimore-Annapolis area, Mr. Perry graduated from what is now known as Salisbury University. In early 1978, Tom entered the management training program in the headquarters of what was known as First National Bank of Maryland. By accepting a senior position of the former First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Annapolis – Eastern Shore Division, he was able to relocate his wife of 30+ years, Christine, back to the shore. After a stint as VP/BDO at what was know as The Bank of Delmar, Mr. Perry proudly accepted a VP/Senior Loan Officer position at Traco in January of 1991 where now enjoys being a part of the family business also celebrating a 30+ year anniversary.  The Perry family has resided in Ocean Pines for almost 25 years where they enjoy their three sons and a Belgian Malanois named, Sasha.

In late-06, Tom received the vaunted National Association of Mortgage Brokers – Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) industry certification in addition to being awarded the selected as a NAMB ‘Silver-Medallion-Member’ which additionally recognizes his excellence in the mortgage field on a national level. Recently, the Maryland Association of Mortgage Brokers (MAMB) chapter in Baltimore selected Mr. Perry to serve on their Education Committee.
